- Sep 10 – Course Change Requests Closed
- Sep 15 – All Course Requests Processed
- Sep 30 – Student Aide Application Form Closed
Oct 2025
- Oct 20 – Last day for Grade 11/12 to withdraw from a Semester Course; after this date a failing mark will be added to transcript
Nov 2025
Nov 20 Last day to withdraw from linear classes without a failing grade
Dec 2025
Dec 1-5 Counsellors to review and process semester 2 study block requests already submitted
Dec 8 Online form open for new semester 2 study block requests for grade 11/12s.
Students are advised to view their current timetable on MyED prior to making any requests
Dec 16 New study block forms processed and added to student timetables
Jan 2026
Jan 19-21 Online course change request form open for grades 9-12
Jan 22 Grade 12 course change requests processed
Jan 23 Grade 11 course change requests processed
Jan 26 Grade 9/10 course change requests processed
Jan 27-28 Grade 10 and 11 Focused Post Secondary Sessions
Feb 2026
Feb 6 EDGE presentation to grade 10s during REP
Feb 10 Grade 9-12 course planning virtual presentations
Feb 11 AP Presentation for interested grade 9-11s during HUB
AP Parent/Family presentation 6pm in the library
MyED opens for course request entry
Feb 12 Parent course planning presentation for students going into grade 9 & 10
in the library from 5:30-6:15pm
